At Artika Pro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement journey. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, including all hardware and manuals, to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
